Hilary's supply chain experience includes many different industries across the world. She is a firm believer that the process of bringing in raw materials, making something with them and then selling a finished product is similar regardless if you are making electrical components in Taiwan, bicycles in Amsterdam, or food in Phoenix. The process includes understanding your business, consolidating your vendors, leveraging your spend, negotiating contracts and then closing the loop by auditing your purchases.

She has a degree in American Studies from Colby College in Waterville, ME. Her experience comes from developing a world-wide supply chain in the semiconductor industry for Kinetics, managing Fortune500 customers for Grainger Industrial Supply, and 15 years of experience consulting with domestic and international restaurant and concession companies through her own company, HPA Consulting LLC.
